I've ordered from Mood 3 times now. No issues with quality or shipping but after the 3rd time, I started getting spammed with phone calls and emails from a "personal mood consultant", trying to offer me deals and discount codes. I've already come back twice now, you don't need to try and convince me and/or sell to me even more. Spamming my inboxes is only going to inspire me to shop somewhere else, where the staff won't pose this issue.

“I’ve ordered from here before, good stuff and good price. Only bad thing is I ordered two wedding cake pre rolls and they gave me a pen instead. Not complaining either way tho I’m baked typing this so props to mood. Next time give me the pre roll tho I’m still learning how to roll myself🙏”
“I still order from them but now they are getting lazy an their products are really dry barely handling it crumbles. ALSO they are getting later an later on my delivery's I used to get it in 3 to 4 days after ordering an now when I order it takes almost 2 to 3 days for them to even pack it for shipping it just sets for days. I need to find something better.”
“Used to send out a clickable tracking number but didn't get one this time and the one they did send was showing as invalid when I searched it up.
This resulted in my package being opened by someone else in my house because I had no idea when it would be delivered. Can't really trust them anymore unfortunately.”
