“'Customer service' has deteriorated to the point where it us useless. I DO NOT want a couple'a Freebies to shut me up and hope I go away. I wasted so much time with this company. They never address the poor customer service -- just offer Freebies and discount coeds to try and make the problems go away. GREAT example of a company trying to milk every last dime with minimum reinvestment for customer service.”

“This is for anyone with young children or dogs. The packaging that gummies come in is easily accessed. I have NEVER had an issue as I used our local dispensary which packaged gummies in containers that were difficult to open. I am nearly 60 and use gummies for sleep. I never considered that my dog would go for the gummies. In talking with the vet, she stated the top emergency is dogs accessing gummies. My dog is currently being hospitalized after ingesting 27 gummies! I called the company to talk with them about alternative containers...ones not easily accessed by little humans or dogs.”

Received an email from mood that said that they were sorry about the product not delivering what it was supposed to, but, they were developing a new version, and they are going to send 10 gummies free of charge. They didn't, so I ordered the new version, and paid a higher price, and still haven't received the free gummies. After back and forth emails, and I'm done. Never again, I definitely won't be ordering anything from them again.”
