“Delivery of the products was not good which I have already fed back to you. The items were delivered to the wrong addess more than 1 miles away. Even when the elderly owner told the driver he was not me and the items were not his, he still left my items with him. The elderly man had to load the heavy fragile boxed items into his car and delivery them to me personally. So my first experience with you was not a good one.”

The courier was provided with the correct address, however, this was unfortunately an isolated driver error which has now been reported back to the courier directly. We completely understand your frustration and appreciate the gentleman who kindly helped ensure your items reached you safely.
