“This company has been excellent. I ordered a Utopia 4 light chandelier. It arrived promptly but the packaging was damaged. After unpacking it and getting it fitted we realised it was quite lopsided. On closer inspection, and several attempts to get it straight, we saw that it had been damaged on one side making it out of shape. I phoned customer service and they were very helpful. They agreed to send a replacement and pick the damaged light up. This happened really quickly and the replacement arrived within two days. We have fitted it today and it looks beautiful. I am so happy with it. Kudos to Moonlight design they have been amazing.”

“The price of my light was good. I received it quickly. However, a screw to fix one of the shades was missing when I unpacked it. I telephoned Moonlight Design's customer service, who said they would contact their supplier and get back to me by email. I received no further contact so me and my electrician had to improvise to fit the light. Good service is where a company deals with your issues when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this was not what I experienced from Moonlight Designs.”

You're absolutely right, we should have followed up regarding the missing fixing screw and kept you updated, but unfortunately we failed to do so. As a small team, this enquiry was not followed up as quickly as it should have been, and we take full responsibility for that.
