Unfortunately, when my light fitting arrived, some of the crystal strands were missing. I contacted customer services as I already had an electrician booked to install the light and was concerned that the missing parts might not arrive in time.
Beth was extremely helpful from the outset. She contacted the supplier, arranged for the missing strands to be sent directly to me free of charge, and then chased the supplier again to make sure they were dispatched promptly. She also provided me with the DPD tracking details and kept me updated throughout.
I really appreciated the personal and efficient way Beth handled the situation. Problems can occasionally happen with an order, but it is how they are resolved that makes the difference. Beth provided excellent customer service and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.

As this is a handcrafted Tiffany-style glass shade, there can be some variation in the tones of the individual glass pieces. The appearance also changes quite noticeably depending on whether the lamp is switched on or off. As shown in our product images, when illuminated with a warm white bulb, the warmer cream and yellow tones become much more prominent, whereas some of the glass can appear pinker when the lamp is unlit.
