They came to my house without any appointment, my mum is vulnerable and my dad is sick, very rude and aggressive coming to houses without any appointments to look around to check, they should put these people in prison breaking the house privacy and putting old people in danger. Avoid letting these people in your house.

Came to my property to repair a leak for Yorkshire Water. Expressed my concern that repair wouldn’t be completed on day and that I needed access to my drive at all times. I needed confirmation that the works would be completed in the day so operative went back to van. Ten minutes later he returned and confirmed that the works would be completed and jet washed by 18:00. They started work, turned off my water supply completed the repair and reinstated my supply. At 16:00 the driver told me they were leaving and that the rest of the work would be completed by 18:00. I waited until 18:18 and with no one arriving contacted Yorkshire Water who referred me to Morrison’s. They did in fact contact me back but told me that they had no record of being contacted by their operatives and were not in a position to do anything until the following day. Following my conversation with Morrison’s representative, I believe I was lied to by their operative when he told me that the works would be completed in the day. In fact I believe that they did the work in full knowledge that it wouldn’t be finished in the day and did so as they wouldn’t have been paid anything for the afternoon if they left without doing the work. I have worked in the construction industry for almost 50 years and it’s organisations like this that gives our industry a bad name having left a quiet residential street looking like a building site. Not sure what their roadworks licence contains but I’m sure that it wouldn’t allow them to leave the highway and footpaths in such a state.

I had a smart meter fitted by you via Eon, which seems to be good so far. HOWEVER... The fitter. 1. Can I use your toilet. 2. Can I have drink of water. 3. Can I use your microwave to heat my lunch what a bloody joke I’m still in short with COVID 19 around I don’t expect to be treated like this I’m disgusted and will never use you again...

I heard Morrison utility lost a huge portion of work throughout the country due to extremely bad work and I’m really glad. The company should be closed down completely, they’re all like have ex cons and community service on your property One morning I got up to find my garden being dug up, I asked what was happening, I had to ask several times what are you doing, in a really strong Irish accent all I got was “water leak” No more information. I rung Yorkshire water and after ten minutes I was told why they are here, no one told me or even asked if they could do this. The pipe was dug up lots of times throughout a year because Morrisons didn’t know how to fix a leaking pipe. I put complaints in when they flooded my kitchen, Morrisons said ring water company but Yorkshire water would say ring Morrisons. In the end I said to Yorkshire water I’m fed up of this you are the ones responsible because you sent round these inbreds to repeatedly dig up more garden damaging the flags the wall flooding my kitchen and I’ve had no compensation for the damage. I also had a lock cut off my gate and my garden furniture was stolen, this happened on the day that Morrisons workers kept asking for the key and I said I can’t leave a key with you it’s the only one I have and if you don’t leave it or lose it I’m screwed. So I do know they stole my furniture while cutting the lock off They also left two huge holes in front of my door for over two weeks and each time I rung they said we’ll send someone out today, Yorkshire water weren’t much better feeling me the holes have been filled, it was so stupid the conversation that I said so I’m imagining these huge holes in front of my door that are so big if I step forward I’ll fall down break my legs and sue you! I promise you having Morrisons utility on your land is like having community service on the Rob in your garden and cannot be trusted, on their last visit I had a parcel stolen off the doorstep Never trust them I hope they are closed down very soon

Absolute joke. Bloke from Morrison just looked at me through my lounge window and instead of ringing the door bell proceeded to walk around my house , lift the chain of my back gate and just walk in. After I confronted him and he told me that he actually had the wrong house he had the audacity to grin at me and tell me " no harm darn. It's not like you were naked ". I am completely stunned by this. Have reported for trespass to police with cctv evidence.

Aggressive idiot bashing violently on my door terrifying occupants on a dark evening. Sending my dogs wild. No identification, could not produce any , just a hi viz. banging my door despite there being a working door bell. They obviously employ fools. Told him not to return.

One of your meter readers today knocked on our door an demanded entry to read the meter. My 15 year old Daughter was home alone and denied him entry. He demanded to know why this was the case and why he couldn't come in. Quite frankly I would think the reason was clear. We're in the middle of a pandemic and our region is currently in a tier 3 category so no one is allowed in. Why are you sending meter readers into people's homes at this time? Secondly, he was told no. It's not acceptable for him to challenge that answer and be aggressive towards a young girl. Not once did he ask if an adult was at home. Why not? Absolutely disgusted with this whole scenario. I think you seriously need to retrain your staff.

Group of workers turned up in street at 4.30 am and started using very loud heavy digging/cutting machinery, disrupting the whole neighbourhood where many essential workers live.

Aggressive, rude, disrespectful and arrogant. They parked on our drive and when approached to ask what they were doing and just ask them not to park on the drive, we were told to F### off! Just completely disrespectful and no need, just answer the question and be polite, it costs nothing!!

Alleged water leak (no sign of this) & Yorkshire water used Morrison Utility Services to repair; an abysmal company; poor work, no warning & everything done to suit their convenience. Shocking standard of work; no lights on road closure barriers, poor barrier security no attention to safety. 3 hour job (at most) resulted in unnecessary road closure for over a week! Restoring verge a real botch job; an absolute joke of a company-Yorkshire water should be ashamed of using them. This is the second time they have done the same in a few years & each time they have been a disaster. Unprofessional, incompetent & disorganised.

Disrespectful aggressive attitude from the fitter, cut off my gas, and left, got that fixed in 20 minutes from an actual gas engineer. Grumpy, critical, patronising, and worst of all projecting his political views. Totally unprofessional

Meter reader came and as I was in bathroom saw him late and opened door to him. He then said he couldn't read the meter as he sent a message via his device "as no access" - even though we spent about 5 minutes on doorstop, he couldn't come in and check. How ridiculous is this system that it cannot be overridden. Imagine an elderly person trying to get to the door. Sort this out British Gas/Morrisons. This is the third time someone has visited my property in as many weeks, and only once I was out. Not sure why meter reading wasn't taken on first visit.

Feels like harassment! Since 4, yes 4 appointments that they didn’t turn up for during 4 consecutive months in 2019, I’ve told Morrison Utility no thanks to a smart meter. Their obvious incompetence, and my research into the pros and cons of smart meters, made the decision for me. Despite this, they won’t take no for an answer, and I’ve had about 10 letters telling me they ‘need’ to replace my electricity meter with a smart meter, and at least half a dozen phone calls. I know that legally, I don’t have to have a smart meter, so leave me alone! Today’s latest harassment, was a phone call telling me my meter ‘has’ to be changed due to ‘health and safety’. Rubbish! The caller also had the brass neck to tell me the meter is Morrison Utility’s property. Liar! It actually belongs to UK Power networks. So, harassment AND lies. Nice!

All of Mainland Scotland is Level 4 Covid restrictions. WHY are you sending meter readers to peoples doors WITHOUT masks asking to come in and read meters????? WHY on Christmas Eve and AGAIN on 30th DEC.NO MEANT NO the first visit!! Reading meters is NOT an essential service. STOP BREAKING THE LAW and spreading covid YOU 🤡’s. DO NOT COME BACK!

These people are monstrous. Just had the most persistent lunatic bashing on my door (Four times), I guess to read a meter. No way is he coming in to my home in a tier 3 covid area. Mad.

3 of the employees decided it would be ok to come into my back garden and cut a arch out of my 8ft hedge which keeps my dog in the garden. to get access to a bt pole which is actually in 2 gardens back asked them who told them to this and surprise surprise not one of them speak English Absolute joke of a company

This company did a job for Yorkshire water outside my property took them a week to repair a small leak. But the mess thats left on the public foot path and all on road is disgusting , it looks like they have had a cement fight all over , after two days of complaining they say it will be 15th January before anyone can jet wash it , then changed it 11th . Terrible workmanship by not cleaning up after them selfs, not forgetting the litter they left too (coffee cups) me and my children are walking through the mess a number of times a day has it cant be avoided .thats just one of the 25 pictures i have
