“I visit this Mothercare store quite a lot, the staff are always fantastic but on my last visit with my newborn, I was totally shocked after walking around the store looking for somewhere to feed & change my baby that I couldn’t find anywhere. I had only popped in because I saw their latest offers for pushchairs on https://mothercare.sale . I asked a member of staff & was told that I could take the baby in the fitting room to feed her, there was a chair in there but there was no where other than the floor to change her nappy & I felt like I needed to hurry with feeding as there is only 1 fitting room & someone else may have needed it to try on maternity clothing or feed their baby.
Apart from that the store is lovely and clean and well stocked staff are really friendly and helpful especially Gemma who served us the last few time can’t fault anything about it.”

“Mothercare's stores are geared up for parents, with excellent facilities available for customer use. I needed to take my toddler shopping in the middle of a week of intensive toilet training and their store made it easy.
Some of their stock is a little bit pricey, which is why I only gave 4 stars, but otherwise they have a nice range of quality products and staff are generally friendly and helpful.”
