Absolutely a joke, placed order and paid, 4 days later is not ready for pickup, going to a birthday without a gift, management nowhere to be found, only promises by Jawher- who I was never able to reach back, such a disgrace of company mocking their customers and their money, a joke of management

Diaper for worst quality. It is not soft at all and also very dry. It is very thick and heavy when it is wet. I will never recommend anyone this Mothercare diaper

This travel system is without doubt the worst purchase we’ve made for our baby. I asked boots customer services two questions regarding the car seat which are important for my baby’s safety, regarding the placement/ incline of the car seat as there is no indicator on it, which literally all modern car seats have these days, except this one! The response was ‘we don’t know’. Well you should know because it’s crucial that a baby is at the correct angle and that their chin doesn’t touch their chest, to protect against SIDS. Further down the line I asked if the grey insert can be removed as my baby is getting very squashed in there, she’s only 4 months and far from a big baby. Again the response was ‘we don’t know’. The icing on the cake came today when I asked if there was a warranty on the car seat as a part has broken. Yes there is a one year warranty I was told. But no parts! I have to return the WHOLE travel system to store, wait for it to be delivered back to the warehouse, then wait for a replacement to be delivered back. So that’s almost a week I’d be without items as crucial as a pram and a car seat. I asked if next day delivery would be possible and got a simple ‘no’. Oh and it depends on stock too! So I could return the travel system, they could discover that there’s no stock available to send me a replacement, and then I’d be left with no pram or car seat indefinitely! I will never buy anything for my baby from here again as the customer service is non existent!

Dont buy from their online store. They will not process order. Holding our money for so long.

I am a regular customer of Mothercare in GCC and I have recommended Mothercare for many families in my connections due to the very good customer service and quality of the products. But when it comes to Mothercare India, I am totally upset with the services they are providing to the customers. I will mention the reason for my feedback. 1.I had purchased a diaper for my kid on 14th March 2023 (Order ID 1559200) and Until now it has not been delivered to me, When I contacted customer service last week, the guy informed me that the stuff will be delivered maximum by 23rd of this month. And today, 27th March 2023, when I contacted the customer service again, they are saying again it will take 72 hrs to deliver. This is not the first time mothercare India handled the orders carelessly and delayed the delivery without any reasons.

The pram we were gifted, that costs hundreds of pounds has broken (won't fold down) and they can't offer to fix it after a year of having the pram. There isn't even an option to pay for a repair, so that means hundreds of pounds down the drain.

Ordered a pair of adidas shoes . There is no way to contact Mothercare, Emails go without receiving responses. The courier company they choose are pathetic. It stayed at the delivery centre for 20 days. At the end after a wait of over a month after I should have received the product got a call from adidas asking whether I have received the product and then they put in for a refund. Much easier and less headache to stay with the Amazon’s and Flipkarts of the world

I WENT WITH MY FAMILY AND KIDS TO 1 STORE. 1ST OF ALL ITEM IS NOT FULLY AVAILABLE, WHICH WAS MENTIONED BUY 1 GET 1, LATER ON I TOLD THEM TO CHECK IN OTHER BRANCH SO I CAN PICK UP FROM THERE, BECAUSE AS BY THEM INTERNAL STORE TRANSFERS THEY CANNOT DO.. THEN BY CALL WE CHECKED, IT WAS AVAILABLE ON OTHER STORE WITH SAME OFFER PRICE,. I WENT ALL THE WAY TO OTHER STORE WITH FAMILY AND KID, THEN THEY TOLD THIS OFFER IS NOT AVAILABLE. WE HAVE DIFFERENT CODE ETC.REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Very poor services ... I have a refund pending since 3 months and still can't see any progress... called there services for many times but all the time they assure to work on the problem but no work is done seriously... they make fool every time...there is no call back no assurance nothing... and this is not only the case for first time... on my previous return also was the same thing... they stressed me for 2 months for refund.. literally regretting my decision of buying something from mothercare..👎🏻

Extremely bad experience shopping with Mothercare, and the customer service is as helpless as the shopping. I had ordered two items, a toy and a rocker for my baby and the rocker got delivered but does not suit the descriptions in the site and I had to return it. The other toy, though it reaches my destination was never delivered to me even after multiple reminders.i finally had to raise a return since it's not getting delivered after weeks. But then the return has not reached their hub and so they are not refunding. I asked for an email confirmation saying it will be refunded in so and so days, and that too they have not done. I do understand the corona situation, but then the customers must be informed of any issues. They are eager to take money from us but not refund.

I bought a trouser last week for 40% discount. It was manufactured in 2015. It torn after the second wash. All discount items in mothercare.in are min 3 years old. Dont waste your money on bad quality old stock item. My experience.. The diaper quality is very bad. I am not going to buy it anymore. I got a message saying that if I review the order I will get 10 percent off coupon. But , there is nothing received. During diwali time, I had received a damaged tshirt for my baby girl. I returned it. That stock was also old, manufactured in 2016. My decision is , if I have to buy mothercare products, have to buy directly from showroom. NOT IN MOTHERCARE.IN..

ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME, I FILLED MY CART FOR MORE THAN 20 ITEMS SPENDING HOURS LOOKING FOR STUFF, ONCE I USED DISCOUNT CODE AND GO TO PAYMENT PAGE, THE SITE DOESNT ALLOW ME TO GO FURTHER. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS [OH, TOO MUCH LOAD ON SITE, TRY IN 24HRS] NEXT DAY OF COURSE, ALL ITEMS ARE BACK TO REGULAR PRICE AND SITE IS PERFECTLY WORKING!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS USUAL...

Placed an order. I eventually had to follow up to realize they had no stock of 1 item, out of 3. Few days down the time i get a call to know 2nd item out of 3 is not in stock. And I finally cancel the order. The refund they said will take 14 days. Its 13th day now and they say, units are ready for collection. Look like they are buying time to give the refund.

I ordered 5 items on their website and then they cancelled with notification that the items I bought were not available. How can they sell things online if they can't sell it???? I'm ok with that but they still bill my credit card with refunded to my credit account. I requested for transfer the credit account to my bank account and they will process it within 2 weeks, well it's too long just for refund the money.

I have waited for an item to arrive and after it being late and calling for the 3rd time to check the status of my order I’m now informed there’s an issue and it’s still not dispatched. Worst experience ever. I would love someone to give me a real solution and to receive my item my child needs. If you can help please do reply.

The online store for mothercare has the worst delivery service ever. They deliver each item out of 10 things i ordered on different weeks and on top of that the clothes i ordered were delivered wrongly with half the items missing in the sets. Donot order here and waste your time.

Had the worst experience with mothercare online . They have charged me the full amount and not delivered or let me track my order . Customer service is pathetic - no reply to multiple emails or phone calls . Please do not order from them
