“Good quality products however it took 3 weeks for my order to be dispatched due to stock’s issues. You should not advertise items in stock whereas you are actually out of stock. Baby items are always in need urgently so 3 weeks waiting time is painful.”
“Product took 8 weeks to get to me, I sent emails to ask where it was, shipment was delayed although the product said available when I ordered it.
Asked for a refund at 7 weeks, reply was “ it was being sent out now”
I am happy with product although will have to wait for grandson to visit again to try it out”
