I have requested a return due to item being listed with incorrect measurements and can not get a response.
I also had issues with the item being placed on back order and not being notified! Tried to get a response for weeks on end and again nothing.

“Ordered a munchkin baby swing in December, got sent the wrong product. Tried contacting via admin email, Instagram, Facebook and via the account resolution centre and am still awaiting a response. Did not factor in that the product sent would be the wrong one and a quarter of the price I paid. My baby is due in a week. I am completely dissatisfied and cannot contact anyone to have this resolved. Buyers be aware!”
“Ordered Veer cart and accessories. One was shipped via starstruck one with auspost a week after I was going tracking numbers I contacted asking why they hadn't been sent the online team contacted the warehouse and that day they were shipped. I never received any follow-up. I had contacted aus post and Startrack, both told me that the issue was the sender hadn't posted.”
“Seriesly, it starts to getting on my nerves. Order #N69006, if you don't have the merchandise in stock, just set the online stock to zero. Is it fun to sell something that's not in stock, and only supply a tracking number then hold it for weeks before actually dispatch it?
Also, you intentionally avoid leaving any effective 2-way communications measures so customers cannot get in touch with you. The only option customers have, is the email, yeh email. How great is that, customers send you email asking where is their order, and you can just ignore them if you like, how great is that? But I started to wonder, who gives you that previlige to ignore those messages when you are the one holding and delaying the order?
What a dodgy bunch of people... It can be easily told from the first glance at your site, avoiding leaving any effective 2 way communication means, well done! Paypal case coming, but it's still a shame not able to get you giving that you must have done this many times with other customers.
To other customers, stay away from this dodgy company, they are not really operating in a formal way, it's more like 'I do whatever I like with order' styles of management.. If you'd like to reply on your luck and the owner's mode, then go ahead, otherwise better stay off this shop.”

It’s been nearly 2 months since my order and I the only time I was notified that my item was so called out of stock was a month later! still no reply to that email!
