“Because unlike Spektrum and Horizon hobby your staff is willing to pick up the phone and talk to prospective clients to assist them in purchasing the correct item for the project that they’re working on! Your staff is very helpful and provide a great deal of knowledge and assistance with regards to what I was looking for only to find out that the manufacturer was the above named, which I do not wish to do business with any longer, and I will never buy any of their products ever again for the simple fact that they think they’re too good to pick up the phone and talk to clients that was a stupidest plan I have ever heard of!
