“Quality of product, customer service IS NOT! Customer friendly.. the people on the front line ( those answering phone calls are rude and assume everyone calling is knowledgeable about RC ) and some people don’t want to chat online.. improve your relations sight your returning customers .. I hate calling to ask a question.. and just waisted my money when products come and are damaged or broken”
“Quite simply " FED EX " there service is awful and there customer service is awful to .Stop using Motion RC because of Fed Ex !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Taken nearly 3 weeks for a parcel to be delivered and still have no date for a delivery from them”
