It's the quality and type of airplanes that MotionRc offers.
It's the involvement and presence that Motion seems to have. Both on the internet forum and the videos produced. But also with online ordering. I don't feel like I'm left in the dark with any of my orders or if some issue arises. I feel like there is a company with people concerned with customer satisfaction behind the website.

“Some of the products sold are defective or have defective crash causing parts such as defective wire harness and there is no recourse but to suck it up. I can understand not believing the customer. i.e. can't send picture of a Y harness where only one cable works and the other doesn't. One has to be very careful looking for defects or crash causing situations before putting the foamies in the air.”
