It doesn't fly, and yeah, I do fly, licensed pilot, licensed drone pilot, been flying rc for 40 years was a co-pilot on helicopters for 8 years in the Army. I contacted your customer service to get a lengthy, no. Anyway, I get it you have a business to run and novice people buying your product, crashing it and then wanting a replacement, doesn't equal profit. But, when you chose a sorry product and apply the same ole customer service response, will not equal customers. Good luck, I will hang that crappy little model in my garage to remind me not to make another purchase from you guys.”
