“Generally they are pretty good. They have a 30 day warranty on their airplanes after you purchase them. I recently lost a F-35 jet. The main reason it crashed the first time is that a strip of foam on the bottom of one wing came loose during one of its initial flights. I was able to repair it after replacing several parts like the gear which were damaged on the crash landing.
I was well within the 30 day warranty, but I don't care to fight with MRC trying to justify a repair or replacement of my airplane within warranty window. I feel they are looking at me like some criminal trying to slip something past them, which I resent. I'll continue to buy some things from MRC, but any time I can buy from a different company, I do that.”
