Selection of products are sexy. Price points are positioned in the middle, not too cheap, not too expensive.
If your customer service is as good as your merchandise, you'll continue in your success. Very important to excel on this front. I'd recommend putting a face on your customer service. Satisfy your customers to the extreme if you have to. It will pay dividends. Most of us don't want to due business with companies like Hobby King for many reasons, but the one I've heard the most is lack of service. I've also have heard negative things about Horizon although I've had nothing but great service from them.
Interesting how your brand is known with everyone in our club, which means you've effectively completed with Horizon and Tower Hobbies the two largest in the industry.
I'd suggest that you speak to your audience by talking a little more about Motion RC and what you represent. You need a good story of who your are. Have your customers buy into that story and become part of it.
