“If you want me to rate you guys, you should start by giving kick backs, we support you, not just using u a tube star that u promote. If you are a good/honest company you shouldn't have anything to worry about, words spread on there own. I think overall you are one of the few distribution companies so you have everyone cornered. This being said as well have been a customer/bought from motion for about 10yrs, as well I have some problems with some of your employees as well. One last thing 10 emails asking how you did is absurd/annoying. Walmart isn't as bad as you guys seeking approval.”
“One hour to cancel! next morning to late?! Warrenty is you will send the replacement parts? No return if any evidence that you tried to operate, only to find it not useful or operating as described or expected? No thanks, it is a suckers game. I paid $232 for expedited shipping and it arrived a month later and damaged beyound use and a week later STILL NO RMA!”
