“I’ve been a good customer of Motion since I began this hobby, buying many planes and boats from you. I’ve never returned any items I’ve ever purchase even though they may have come with problems. I’ve bought maybe 10 or more boats from you many $1000 to $2000 or more. The last one had an issue with the transmitter beeping continuously. I was told I’d have to film it and submit a video of the issue. I’m not good on the computer at all and said so. Yet still I was sent a the app and I did film the issue but video would not “send” , so I dropped the claim and bond the boat with my receiver to my radio. Not a big deal but I should not have had to do that. Good customers should be shown some appreciation and a new transmitter and receiver should have shipped out that same day with a thank you card for being a Good Customer. Every boat I’ve bought has had an issue and I always fixed it on my own because I know with the boats you can’t do much to correct it and I want the boat enough to over look it. I’ve may not be good on the computer but I’m great at customizing and building boats. I know if I sent pictures of what I’ve done to these Bancroft ship models I could sell a ton to people that like to make the boat their own. But why bother?
