“Lack of instructions when purchasing a new rc glider. Caused a lot of grief. Supposed to be entry level for beginners but no instructions or basic help on how to set it up. Video assumes you know what you are doing. Also believe the glider had incorrectly fitting parts. Glider crashed. Now worthless. I don’t blame them completely. I have bought another beginner aircraft from them.”
“You're picking up the right manufacturers and staying consistent. Get a good product that people like a lot and keep it going. Offer a new scheme or paint periodically and maybe a slightly different mod or update based on the same good design to make economical use of molds. Listen to folks on the discussion sites. Try to keep things in the same scale. Above all, keep planes light, scale, and very flyable.”
