“Poor product quality. I bought a K130 heli and hovered/figure eights around my yard for 30 mins in about two weeks and in a hover at 3 ft high and ten feet in front of me, smoke poured out of the canopy, it caught fire and fell out of the air. It was never crashed and was gently flown. That should not happen with 30 minutes of use. It's a total loss. Repair is basically the price of a new heli.”

“Had multiple problems with my first order from you guys, customer service took forever to get back to me. Long enough that I had to assume you were gonna leave me hanging( I wanted a new wing panel or to return it)Had to repair/modify my new plane so I could use it, servos I ordered with it for flaps are also not usable(different travels and speeds). I had to take apart a servo I allready had and rewire it for rev operation.
You offered up a 25$ coupon, that I’ll most likely never use since I’m not super excited about your products or service now. Which sucks cause I was wanting to get the foam ov-10.”

Cons - I do have an significant issue with the cost of shipping. Small parts should not cost $6.00. Horizon Hobby has $3.95 shipping and FREE shipping for VERIFIED military veterans. The excessive cost for shipping weighs heavy on my decision of where to purchase new planes. Please don't say that the cost of shipping has increase, others are not charging this much.”
