(1) Your recent price increase slipped in after midnight was an unnecessary move. It caused me to not order several RC aircraft from you. I purchased similar products from Horizon & Hobby Zone.
(2) You never have sales or allow your loyal long term customers to receive points to use on later purchases or have special deals for them.
(3) I have been given a few misleading bits of advice during chat sessions.”
