“You guys do good job in quality on the stuff that is actually available to buy and normally I would give you a 10 out of 10. However lately you don’t have a large portion of the stuff on your website actually available to buy. They are all out of stock and or back order. So the most I can give you is an 8. Most of your tanks are out of stock. A lot of your airplanes especially the Black Hours models are out of stock. Whenever we ask about ETAs we get no information and blame it on COVID. Which regardless if it’s true or not it’s worn out and we are done with it. Don’t get me wrong I hope that you get your supply chain issues worked out. But We are starting to have to look for alternative sources such as Buying a 3D printer and printing out our own airframes. And I am becoming less likely to send people to your website because chances are that what they may be looking for is out of stock and back order with no ETA.”
