“I bought a Torro jagdtiger from motion Europe paid 105$ shipping and the jagdtiger’s recoil and flash function didn’t operate. Motion Europe sent a replacement recoil unit….. when installed the replacement unit also didn’t function….. when examined the replacement recoil unit wasn’t new but a used unit ….. I feel that this is poor customer service….. I would have sent the jagdtiger back but living in USA the shipping cost back to motion Europe would have piled another 100$ on a lost cause….. I hope you at motion Europe understand that I bought the jagdtiger in good faith and to be disappointed like this is unacceptable if you check your sales history you’ll find that I ‘ve purchased items from motion Europe in the past and was satisfied. The way this situation was handled by motion Europe was an insult.
