“You guys denied my warranty after sending me a plane with a faulty propeller. Sent in a video on the claim and you guys said that the propeller works fine even though it doesn’t. It won’t sustain flight due to lack of power from the propeller. I’ve spent 100s of dollars in less than a month on you guys and would have been a lifetime customer. I spoke with the live chat guy, talk to support on the phone. At least my local galaxy Hobbys and horizon hobby are reasonable”
