“Motion RC's bad faith and mishandling of its obligations to its customers with regard to its inability to supply the Bancroft 1/150 RMS Titanic model and its surreptitious shipment of a 1/200 scale version at the same price without ever having informed its customers and gaining their approval to accept the substitute lower size/value item. Motion RC has shown little value/respect/regard for its customers and has certainly not earned their business.”
