“Two different planes were purchased. Both had one bad servo. I was sent replacements and both were the wrong servos. I modified one to work with a different servo arm and it failed after one flight.”
“The ambiguity of the price I would actually be paying for the product I ordered. It was simply not clear. I logged a support call regarding this and did not get a satisfactory answer. I wanted the items regardless so ordered them. I am still not sure if Customs and Excise will later try to claim extra money from me. In future I would only order from you if I was unable to get the item elsewhere in the UK. This is a shame as your website PDP and PLP is excellent. I would like to order from you again, but it needs to be 100% clear at Bag and checkout what the actual cost will be. Also I was forced to pay in Euros when all the pricing before checkout was in GBP. I got charged by my credit card for non-uk transaction fee.”
“Several times (3 exactly) I sent in a request asking about a Vietnam era plane ( DH-7 Caribou). It was a suggestion about a future plane possibly to add to your line of existing aircraft offered. Adding we keep getting remakes of existing models (P-51’s, Spitfires etc.) that so many other vendors provide as well. My complaint is I never received an acknowledgment of any kind from MotionRC about the possibilities. Disappointed not hearing a word ….. it I get constant emails about everything else from MotionRC …… go figure :(”
