“Motion RC's Customer Service and support is second to none. The products are great too, but most interactions are customer service and support. Motion understands the importance of that.”
“Unfortunately,, the quality of the product is poor (the Huey 450 helicopter). Specifically:
- The rotor head is loose fitting, causing bad vibrations in flight (unfixable by the user).
- The tail rotor control link had excess flex, causing very unpredictable tail commands (fixed by tearing it down, and securing properly).
- The swash servos and linkages were not set up correctly, which would have resulted in a crash had I not checked.
Overall, a very poor setup.”
