“When your customers need help when they are working on there hoppy you are still there for us. We do not have to email you with our question and not only loose that day. Look here is the real deal, I have been shopping with MRC and HH. There basically is no customer support other than email with HH and that has been horrible. MRC not only has great products, they have the best customer support for there customers, you can actually call them and get a quick answer so you can go back to your hobby and get some where with your project, PLEASE do not change that policy, for me and all the RC customers I know is the Biggest reason we keep coming back, yes you make great products, but the customers need that friendly, helping support by phone, it’s a big deal and yes I’m sure it cost more to have support by phone for us, but I guarantee it will be worth it and you will growth faster and better. Example I just bought a new 1,000. dollar transmitter and 150. dollar receiver and I do have a couple of easy quick questions and that was 4 days ago, still have not heard back from that other company, well I think you get the idea. I was one of your customers begging for a good nice size Corsair and to this day it’s still the best one on the market. Just keep up the great work and support your customers and we will help back and buy more products, it’s a win, win for all of us and thank you. Michael”
