“I bought 3 items from 1001Hobbies and my product said it arrived about 6 days after the stated delivery date but I never received it. I contacted the company about it and they basically said sorry it says it arrived so I had to contact them back saying I was going to claim the purchase as fraudulent then they sent me a form to fill out which I did and I haven't heard anything back so I wasted about 70 dollars there and after buying the same products here and them arriving on time you could imagine my relief. Sorry about the rant.”
“Because I am new to this and was trying to get help with starting up my plane. I was told that the one I got was for experience people which I didn't know at the time. There is no videos for instructions for help. I was only told I needed to find a club and find help that way which I don't think it's right. You guys should have some kind of video instructions in how to put together a plane and get it up in the air flying. So the plane I got for my son is just sitting in his room, I am very disappointed.”
