“Motion RC should be more inclined to providing some kind of benefit to loyal customers. Currently you have no program to recognize those of us who have spent many thousands of dollars on products from you since 2013. No discounts, no reward points and no sales. Your competition is doing all that and providing lots of value in the form of scope on their equivalent offerings. I have supported you since your beginning and will continue to do so but I think you need to watch and listen to the market dynamics.
You also need to find a partner to develop electronics for your offerings and lower prices on certain products like EDF jets. Prices are high due to all the reasons everyone complains about but MRC prices are much higher than others and provides less for the money. No RX, no gyro and no tuning.”
“On July 14 I ordered torro 1/16 schwimmwagen order no 570910. It arrived damaged, so I sent it back, ticket no t468047. on August 3 I asked for an update on my order and was told you guys are moving warehouses and I had to wait till they can get to it. I am happy you guys are moving to a new warehouse however I've paid good money for this item and if an undamaged unit had been sent to me in the first place I would not be waiting for your warehouse to get back up and running.The people I have dealt
