“Your products are mostly well done for their price point. I've have had just small nit-picky issues for the most part. My only concern is the Admiral 6s, 5000mh, 50 c packs. The second pair I purchased ( March 18, 2021seem to have some Q.C. issues. I have less than 10cycles on them and they have both lost power/capacity. One has puffed up significantly after the 3rd flight while the other fades/ looses power after about 10secs of full power in Motion T-33. This second set are also slightly larger and will not fit in my Motion F86 without major surgery to the model. I am a bit hesitant to purchase more batteries as I do not know what I will get size wise or if these $100.00+ batteries will hold up. I am using Venom dual chargers and have been charging at the 1c rate. The batteries never got warm or hot while charging. What should I do?”
“The business has delivered well for me. I've had an EDF jet and some spares. All very good service. It's very proactive on the marketing front - I've only got to peruse the site for one or two things and I'll get an email or two follow up. Which is smart, and efficient, but frankly irritating because I'm just one of those grumpy old guys. But good for the business that's what they need to do! the only drawback is that I do try to shop local and use small businesses and local model shops if I can. Or they will completely disappear. Otherwise I'd have put 10/10. PS I will be purchasing more stuff from Motion RC in the future. So.”
