A company impossible to speak to! Any time: 24/7 you’ll be told your call will take half an hour before it’s answered & I’ve not waited as its atrocious customer service & insulting to be told to wait that long. Emails can take a week or more to be answered & usually do not contain direct satisfactory answers to the points you’re raising. A complaint when eventually responded to receives a text book good practice answer to be followed by a text book good practice acknowledgment letter. Neither addressing or responding to the complaint issues you’ve raised. There then follows silence; your complaint is never addressed. What is interesting tho is that the car sales company I used gained quick responses when your queries are directed to them. It’s as if they have a direct priority line! I would not recommend this company to anyone & would never,ever use them again.

Worst company ever! Motonovo gave out finance on my car WHEN ITS OWNED BY ME!! I brought my car in MARCH 2022. They gave someone finance on my car in OCTOBER 2022. The car is owned by me but how on earth did they give out finance to someone else??????? Now it’s on the HPI report that my car has finance on it when it’s not even my finance. The complaints team are unhelpful!

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. We purchased a car through Cinch in November, but when it was delivered, it blew up after only owning it for 6 days. It has been 62 days since then, and it turns out the issue was with the water pump and cam belt, which Cinch had been warned about two times before. We were assigned Mohammed Akram as a case handler, but he made a decision without speaking to us when we raised a complaint about him. He was given the complaint about himself to deal with, and he mistreated both myself and my partner until we threatened police action. Since then, we have heard nothing from Cinch or Motonovo. To make matters worse, Cinch has taken our car to a different city to get it fixed, and they have now told us that it is our job to collect it, which is a 110-mile round trip. We have also received a Change of Ownership letter from the DVLA and an involuntary wind-up order. We have invested over 60 hours into trying to get fair treatment. This is now with the North Yorkshire Motor Fraud Department, and as I write this, I am on hold with the Motor Ombudsman. It is criminal, and we haven't missed a payment for a car we do not have!" MotoNovo has made no attempt to help with this despite being the finance partner, we raised this with them on the 29th of December 2023 to date nothing has progressed.

‼️‼️‼️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ the worse company ever they even go against the ombudsman which in my case will probably end up with them going to court and hopefully someone loosing their job as I’m absolutely stressed out financially ruined they could easily give me what they’ve said I’m owed in there final response email, they are telling me they have to “wait for the dealership to pay us then we can pay you” how the hell is any of that my problem?? 🤣 they have the vehicle and I’m still making payments on it, I asked if I could stop the direct debits as I no longer have the vehicle and can’t afford to pay for something I don’t have, they responded “you can make a payment plan for your next payment if it helps? Like what an earth! It’s almost unbelievable! You’ve been warned people. My advice keep up to date with your payments if you are having issues with your vehicle because you have leverage over them as soon as you stop I’m sure you’ll have issues ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The car finance arranged by the dealer. agreement copy sent after is different one and the terms conditions were not disclosed and agreed, the service record and history of the car was not provided when asked. Due to agreement copy not existing fixed a higher rate of interest than what was available at the point of sale and started showing other miscellaneous charges subsequently.

DO NOT USE!!!! Customer service is shocking. Currently dealing with an issue with my car. Was sold a faulty car last year by carzam who later went bust a few months after. During this time I was still having issues with the car and never knew who I could turn to… after being to a couple of garages it was the 3rd one who suggested to contact my finance company to see if they can help in anyway. Having contacted MotoNovo I waited over 3 months to get someone to finally be assigned to my case who then argued with me about what the person over the phone had told me as the information I told them I clearly couldn’t make it up. Since then I’ve had my car finally looked at which has now been advised not to drive due to all the faults. Still nothing back from the company since then cause all they care about is money and will be continuing with my financial ombudsman case.

warn you now! Be careful where you decide to purchase a vehicle who motor novo finance approve and back sales ... I have had a vehicle on finance with this Micky mouse company, I am about 18 months into my agreement and no joke my vehicle has been off the road and stuck in garages for 7 months it is a commercial vehicle and I am out of pocket of around 6-7 thousand pounds. they will do nothing to help and just read out right acts etc .. the garage I brought from was van base also known as car base avoid here also terrible after care .. motor novo don't seam to care that they finance cars not fit for purpose as long as they get there payment that's all they care for .. under the termination act where u can return the vehicle half way threw agreement with no more to pay as long as vehicle is in good state ‚lam sure you wouldn't have the vehicle back with these problems | keep getting (occurring fault ) so why should I have to accept and pay for a non fit for purpose goods! Has left me and my business out of pocket, stressed and no where to turn.. wouldn't recommend to anyone... you have been warned, wish I would have read the complaints and reviews all seam so similar

£200K salary, proven with bank statements, zero mortgage on £950K house in UK and £600K home in France, Centurian Amex holder, never been refused credit, never been in arrears, no missed payments in my life and Experian rating has always been 999. The dealer pushed me to put a £25K vehicle for my son on a PCP with MotoNovo. They immediately declined the application and in doing so reduced my credit score for the first time in my life. Avoid.

Worst company going. We've been dealing with a complaint since January which somehow keeps getting closed. You've left us still with an unsafe car with a 2 year old. We've made multiple complaints which gets no where as our complaint handler is constantly off. We've wasted over £300 in fuel and parts and travelling to garages for the car to get fixed and the dealership pays for it. The brakes are faulty. The computers is extremely trippy and best bit is the ac is constantly hot causing the car to over heat as the computer doesn't read the ambient air temperature sensor correctly making it -5⁰ all the time. I've never ever shouted or got annoyed down before, I'm usually telling my husband to calm down. But your service has made my stress levels so high I've quite literally lost the plot and hope with finance and customer service. Multiple garages have stated its unsafe and to get rid of it ASAP. However you still want us to spend money we don't have to get proof from a mechanic that it's faulty, which we already have done before. You're truly the worst finance company I've ever delt with.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with treated appalling over payments and arrears tried to make an arrangement for everything and just didn't want to know about our difficulties with money, instead on payments as to which we couldn't afford at all! Don't know how you have 5 star rating as your a joke!

Terrible finance company and clearly propping up unscrupulous car dealers. Was sold a VW car with inherent mechanical issues by a dealer in Manchester who has since gone into administration and disappeared. After months of letters and emails, I just gave up. I refused to make any more payments to them and they decided to repossess the vehicle, and now I have a dirty great "repossession" mark on my credit file. Avoid Motonovo Finance at all costs.

All was well until my family and I had covid for the first time this Christmas. In 4 and a half years never missed a payment. Due to covid and reduced hours through ill health I missed one payment, informed the company why and said the payment would just be late due to payroll at work. Despite all the spiel about help they can give you they did absolutely nothing but phone, message, and spend over an hour on the phone going through my affairs with a tooth comb then actually approved a payment date without my consent with my bank to make an extra payment when the money wasn't available. My car is paid for in September this year and never again will I go through these.

MotoNovo completely destroyed a credit score I have been nurturing for so many years by making a hard searched on it and nothing was achieved from it. This is disastrous. Public be aware.

I have been disguted by the lack professionalism by this company they have failed to respond to my problems with car dealer who sold me a faulty car which was upheld by an independent mechanic of there choice..this was 3 months ago still not resolved,they have had my car back 5weekz but still not resolved I am a disabled pensioner who cannot get to shops or anywhere else..

Having had 9 months of sheer hell because of Motonovo screwing my credit file and then having the brass neck to offer £100 pounds compensation and finally notifying the credit reference agencies of THIER mistakes my credit file was finally updated correctly - At long last I had finally got rid of the vehicle financed by Motonovo and funded the new vehicle via their competitor - Motonovo were PAID the final balance - Did they bother to update the credit agencies that my account had been settled NO so once again my credit score is dropping Motonovo rang me up once I complained and assured me the matter was being dealt with - what a crock of S—T, total lies as always. Was told it would take 72 hours for Motonovo to sort - a week later and still not sorted. Motonovo are happy to give out finance but the moment there is an issue through no mistake of your own they batter your credit file - it took 9 long months for Motonovo to admit they had made a mistake - am I going to suffer another 9 months of hell ????

Absolute scum company. Been with them for years, always paid, but had a bad experience with the family courts, got behind on some payments trying to fight to see my children. They defaulted my credit file despite me pleading my case and paying balance off early. Tried explaining I no longer see my children. Compassion zero. Avoid them at all costs. They don’t care. No loyalty to customers. Not even worth one star. Avoid them at all costs.

I changed my payment date from 25th to the 6th. So they took the 25th payment and still had the 6th payment so i payed double in 10days. The option they gave me was a payment plan and would be on my credit file. Im not happy about this as ive never missed a payment on nothing in 10 years. Made me feel like i was in the wrong for changing the date. The man on the phone said it was my fault. I wont use them again
