“Despite flight arrival delays and luggage not arriving the driver waited and I had enough time to sort things out. A whatsapp photo showed me where to turn to after exiting to meet the driver. The ride was comfortable and went smooth.”

“Mozio transfer services were perfect. Our drivers were on time. The drivers reached out to me through WhatsApp to let me know their plan. The company adjusted drivers when our plane was delayed for six hours. The large car was clean and easily held 3 people and 5 pieces of luggage. It is such a comfort to have drivers that know where and when you are going. Both drivers pointed out interesting landmarks, like the Skytree Tower and Mt. Fuji. I would use Mozio again without any hesitations.”

“My driver confirmed the day before via WhatsApp. He arrived at my hotel ahead of schedule and patiently waited for my friend to be ready to leave. He accepted my service dog in his vehicle with no issue. He loaded and unloaded our luggage with care. His car was nice, clean, and comfortable. I felt he was a safe driver. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare before our flight.”
