“I’ve actually been meaning to contact you and complain, I had a wedding to go to yesterday and I bought a tie from you that matched my partner’s dress; I paid for a 3 business day delivery but on the 5th business day, the day of the wedding, it still hadn’t arrived. I only bought the tie in question for this one event and didn’t get to wear it, for this reason I’m quite keen to learn about your returns policy, specifically if I’ll be refunded the delivery charge as it wasn’t delivered within the quoted time.
