“I have never written a bad review for any business before. I was so disappointed today! They actually did a good job on my puppy for the first couple of cuts. I brought a picture and was specific about what I wanted. When I called to make her apt. I told them that I wanted the same person and exactly what they have done in the past. She did have a few tangles today. My son brought her in because I was at work. After he dropped her off, they called him and told him so was so matted she needed to be shaved. They shaved her so short I cried when I saw her. They even shaved her face. She was unrecognizable. When I called to see what had happened, they said she was all matted and it would have been too painful to brush....like she had been living on the streets and hadn’t been brushed for a month. When in reality, she had a bath yesterday because she had muddy paws. I didn’t want my cavachon to look like a rat terrier, but that is what I got unfortunately. My dog’s cut doesn’t have to be perfect. I know dog grooming can be a challenge. I just didn’t expect what I got today.”
“Wouldnt recommend it, did good for awhile then made an appt and when it came time they acted like i never made an appt with them and there was nothing they could do. Frustrated i simply said never mind then. An enitre 2 or so years later called to give them another chance and was told they couldnt see my two dogs due to multiple no shows. I wont get into the pettiness of it but there was one time they somehow made a mistake and didnt schedule my dogs and when i said dont worry about it i guess they marked me as someone they wouldnt deal with again. Horrible for a small town business and some of the worst customer service/service in general i have ever had. From here on out i will use and always recommend someone else.”

Didn't get wrote down so needless to say had to go back and get him dueto their neglectence my poor baby didn't get groomed or nails done .And all this after speaking to them three different times on phone this week very disappointed in their Professionalism”

This company are soo rude to their customers, I dropped my dog off for a groom, (I was told would take 2 hours). Two hours came and went without a call to say they would be longer. He was finally ready after 3 hours and 20 minutes.
When I arrived they charged me £80 instead of £50 because he was "worse than normal" and took them longer, I informed them he was about the same condition as the time before and that it took them 3 hours on that occasion so it didn't make sense.
To then be told he pooed in the cage and they had to bath him twice.
No phone call was given to let me know any of this, and the guy I collected him from blamed me. Saying I didn't take him for a long enough walk before dropping him off.
I would understand if it was a little more money as I have experienced this with other groomers charging more for matting ect. but they call first or discuss extra charges with you when you drop the dog off.
I had informed them when dropping him off that he had two matts behind his ears they said nothing about extra charges!
Absolutely shocking service! Made me feel awful.
Newsflash....Dogs poo sometimes I shouldn't be charged £30 because of it!”
