“Looking for a cheaper alternative I came across Mugpods and their reviews raved about the quality and value for money and top it all off they sell a chocolate pod. Something I've missed from when I owned a previous machine. Placed my order over the weekend and was informed that my order would be sorted on the Monday. Messaged Monday morning to tell me that my order had been dispatched, received two days later and dove right in. Had a slight issue with one of the chocolate pods splitting, let the guys at Mugpods know and they very kindly sent a whole replacement box - oh yummy! Great service and great product - my preferred supplier from now on.”

“I have tried a few different makes of hot chocolate but my kids like mugpods the best. Apparently it makes a decent mug of nice strong chocolate.”

“I had been looking for hot chocolate that I could use in my Nespresso machine so the kids could join in when we had our coffee. These Mugpods are perfect with a lovely range of hot chocolate and children's Mugpods. The coffee is pretty good too!”

“I thought the sugar free Chocolatepods had no sweetener of any kind not just no sugar. They just tasted of artificial sweetener. Sorry but we all eat too much sugar of any kind we need to teach our palettes to eat food without sugar or sweetener in. The service from this company was excellant and I will try the coffee pods in the future”

“I thought the Hot Chocolate pods could be used (and would be good as well) with water. My Nespresso only has a water tank attached. I thought that making it with milk was only recommended, but the first thing I saw on the boxes was "Add hot or cold milk". I feel that it could have been made more clear on the site that you actually have to use milk for the hot chocolate pods. It's confusing when there's a category named milkshakes, and another one that says hot chocolate pods. In hindsight I wouldn't have bought 5 boxes of hot chocolate pods, if I knew that making it with milk is the only way.”

Hi Heidi, The hot chocolate pods can be used just with water. The "Just add hot or cold milk" note is only our suggestion as this is how they are best served based on customer feedback, and like most hot chocolates. As for our site, we have a milkshake range as well as a hot chocolate range which is why both options are there. I apologise that you feel you bought too many. “I've been trying to find a Company that provides both Hot Chocolate & Coffee pods for my Nespresso Machine, upto now any pods apart from the Original Nespresso Pods seem to dribble out of the machine, these pods are brilliant in this respect, in fact probably better than original nespresso pods, they taste great and delivery is very fast, my new number one place to go for my coffee pods, thank you.”

“Stumbled across Mugpods on google. So glad I did. Great coffee and the hot chocolate according to my daughters is 'terrific'. Orders always arrive quickly and prices are very reasonable. It's the only place I buy my pods from now.”

“Speedy delivery. Very reasonably priced. Fantastic products. We ordered the hot chocolate and got chocolate with caramel - delicious. For the little one we ordered honeycomb pods - a bit sweet for me but he loves them. Have recommended Mugpds to my Nespresso friends. Thumbs up from me”
