“These hot chocolate's are both out of this world, just about to put in a bulk order was a bit unsure at first wanted to try a couple of flavours before went in for the big order. Thank you so much it's madness that Nespresso don't offer these but you do and the quality is amazing so keep making these amazing flavours I'm sold and neighbour about to put their order in as I was the quini pig :) but a very happy one at that.”

“Poor communication - I a few questions about delivery but only one question answered Damaged boxes- 3 boxes in delivery were damaged taste is not great either , some boxes damaged (dented) forced to buy more than required to receive free delivery”

Good afternoon, sorry you didn't feel we communicated to yourself if you could get in touch with jack@mugpods.com I would like to look into this for you. The situation with your parcel has never happened to us before - which is why we replaced all of the damaged ones free of charge. Im also pleased to announce that after taking into account customer feedback we now have no minimum order (with postage charges that go down the more you buy).

“Excellent service and product. I had been awaiting mugpods to receive new stock of the 'smooth and creamy' chocolate nespresso capsules for quite some time but the wait was worth it. The taste was as good as I could've hoped for, an expresso sized serving topped with milk from my De'longhi lattissima touch provides a small but tasty glassful. 2 pods are more appropriate for a traditional mugful. Overall I'm delighted with my purchase. Please do not run out of stock again. The only minor negative is the courier service used for delivery, it's a very poor one with a 'sometime in the next week or two' approach.”

Thanks for taking the time to review us and great to hear the pods have gone down well. One of our biggest challenges has been hitting demand with the hot chocolate pods despite us increasing our stock levels! We will also take into account your feedback regarding the courier service, we wanted to ensure that postage charges to customers are low and that the parcels were tracked - using Royal Mail they arent we had a number of parcels go missing but are aware sometimes the current service isn't what we would like.

“Great flavour and value for money. However the pods don't act like a Nespresso pod where the aluminium film is pierced. On the Podista pod it's removed therefore causing left over Chocolate to run into the collection part of the machine, where as a Nespresso pod contains the bean insides. Other than that they are lovely.”
