“As a very busy person myself, I found MuluHome to be very reliable doing all the assisted viewings in my behalf and keeping me updated making sure that they get all the feedback whether positive or negative. “Very helpful company who tried their best given awkward circumstances and are able to adapt to situation changes quickly. Their fees may be a bit higher than local agents but they do a pretty good job and it's all worth it. Overall very pleased with them.”

“I would like to commend everyone at muluhome for a job well done. After meeting with one of their valuers, I realised that selling my property was a better option. And only after 6 weeks on the market, they were able to find me a buyer with the right offer which I happily accepted.”

“Although the price offered for my property was a bit less than the amount I had expected, but Muluhome explained the reason why and after my sale fell thru twice, I accepted their offer. They promised a fast sale and sure enough, we completed within 4 weeks' time. Well done to Muluhome and their fast buying team!”

“We have just completed the sale of our property with MuluHome. The house had been on the market for 11 months with local estate agents but within two weeks of advertising our property with Mulu we received a very competitive offer. This was definitely due to the professional assistance of the Mulu team. I must give a really special mention to Moni and Helen who were our personal contacts at Mulu, they kept us constantly updated with all developments related to the sale and nothing whatsoever was too much trouble for either of them. I was encouraged to ring at any time with any questions or queries and each time this was necessary I was dealt with in a friendly manner. I will definitely be recommending Mulu to anyone I know who has a property to sell and Mulu will, without a doubt, be the estate agent we will be using if we have a property to sell in the future.”
