“I would just like to express my sincere appreciation to the team behind muluhome as they have assisted me all throughout the marketing and sales progression of my flat. I would also give a high commendation for their support and dedication to help me finally sell my property which had been on the market for far too long and with the wrong agents. The previous sales I had with 3 other estate agents fell through twice and that almost made me give up my hopes of ever selling my property. But with muluhome, they made sure that I was kept in the loop with everything and that the only thing that I would have to worry about was NOTHING at all. It's such a big relief that they stop at nothing just to keep the sale progressing smoothly.”

“I needed a quick sale of my property as I was looking to downsize and collect enough funds to prepare for my retirement. I was already with another agent but being with them for 3 months, they did not present any offers nor any viewings for that matter. And then I happened to stumble upon Muluhome online and decided to contact them for the free valuation they offered. From the start, every one of their highly capable team I spoke to were very accommodating and professional. They were able to sell my property within a few weeks and the sales progression was so stress and hassle-free. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.”

“would like to extend my thanks to the team at muluhome for helping me sell my property at the price I was aiming for. I had bought my property as an investment but encountered tenant problems along the way.. muluhome was there to lend a helping hand with everything, from the viewings (they assisted every single one of them as i was too far away) down to the conveyancing process.. they had managed to sell my property within 2 and a half months of being with them. And I understand that there were some unavoidable bumps along the way but the negotiation team and everyone went above and beyond just to provide a hassle-free sale for both me and my buyer.. excellent job!”

“This company has been very accommodating and very professional, especially to Gareth, the senior negotiator that dealt with the sale of my house and Gemma whose services were second to none, absolutely the best and would highly recommend MuluHome to all of the people I know. Only very few agents nowadays preserve the value of their clients, and I would have to say choosing MuluHome to sell my house was the best decision I made as they stayed true to their word of selling in 8 weeks!”

“I always thought that traditional estate agents were more efficient and had a better chance selling my home but after being let down by a couple of high street agencies, I decided to give online estate agents a try, and so I did. The first time was with MuluHome and I couldn't have made a better choice. In fact, it was the best choice. They offered to sell my home the fastest possible and they did at 9 weeks tops! The team was so efficient, prepared to lend a helping hand even on evenings or weekends. The team at MuluHome go above and beyond to make sure their clients are well-attended to. Highly recommended and cannot wait to do business with you all again in the future!!”

“Muluhomes were extremely helpful in helping me sell my home and purchase my new one. It was a new experience for me as I had never sold or bought a property before and was grateful to know that there was someone on the end of a phone to help me, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would like to say a special thank you to Gareth and Gemma because without their help and advice I do not think I would have the lovely new home that I have now. “As a buy to let customer would recommend .Able to secure a fair price which both parties were happy with.Sometimes seemed to keep odd hours contacting after close of business not sure why. Did feel on times pushed to increase offer once asked if it was my dream property , we were looking at buy to let? . Over all good as we purchased the property in which we were interested.Not traditional estate agents and I would never use to sell my own property if I'm honest as I did feel they probably put pressure on sellers to accept our offer.”

“I would like to commend everyone at MuluHome for the hard work and effort they have put in to selling my property. I had been with numerous estate agents in the past and was really to the point where I almost lost hope that I wasn't ever going to sell my property. But then, a good friend of mine and a previous client of MuluHome (to which they had sold her property in 3 weeks!) recommended their services to me. I was, at first, doubtful as I thought this was going to be another waste of our time, but lo and behold, MuluHome was able to sell my property in a span of 8 weeks! “To whom it may concern, Myself and my wife have used Muluhome to purchase a property in Cardiff. We officially move on the 29th March. “After trying to sell my home for several months and almost losing hope I was convinced by a very professional gentleman Dan that Muluhome would get me the exposure I needed to sell my home. Within 4 weeks an open house was set by my senior negotiator Amjid along with individual viewings after the time and effort of Muluhome setting up an open house we finally did it all in the space of 8 weeks!
