“We were looked after superbly following a visit to the store to look at Bose speakers. Nothing was too much trouble and we were even provided with a cup of tea. The knowledge of the salesperson (Dan) was second to none and consequently made the buying decision very easy. \n\nThe speakers were delivered and set up too by ***- who really was the very best. \n\nThanks for such excellent service and providing a top notch product at a great price. ***.”

“I did a bit of research on a guitar for a beginner myself and then phoned Music Junkie in Leicester. The man I spoke too was very very helpful and we completed my transaction over the phone - I also had some accessories I wanted for a gift. I then called in two weeks later and collected my purchases - the service was excellent and Iwill always use this store in the future. Hope to buy a ukelele in the spring”

“I wanted to purchase an instrument for my son, I have never played music or had any interest in it so went in not really knowing anything. This was not a problem the guys helped us get what we wanted and also what we needed to make sure my son was sorted. The staff are very helpful and make you feel at easy the price is also good from what I have checked out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“i bought a limited edition Epiphone 335 Pro for ??300. Music Junkie were one of the few retailers selling this item. I spoke to them on the phone and they were very friendly. The guitar itself is really great for ??300. it was playable out of the box but i did my own set up. i can feel some of the fret wire sticking out ever so slightly but this is easily fixable with some masking tape and very careful filing.Overall i am very pleased and i am eager to order from them again.”

“Always a pleasure to shop with your good selves. There is always a large stock of goods available to choose from and try out. The staff are very friendly and on first name terms with many customers, myself included, they are very helpful and knowledgeable and always ready and able to deliver sound advice (pun intended) to customers. \nPerhaps a regular music clinic could be run on Saturdays, similar to your demo days, where general tips and advice could be given out to musicians? That would be an excellent customer service.\nThank you.\n”

“Superb service. Ordered by phone. I was after an Epiphone 335 but none in stock. I was offered a 339 for the same price, a saving of ??40. I'm very glad I took the offer. The guitar is excellent and arrived in very good time. I would recommend Music Junkie to anyone.”

“I was a pro musician for many years,now retired but still playing music.\nI can honestly say that Music Junkie is without question the best music shop I have found in 60 years being in and around the music business, the shop is very well stocked, arranged perfectly with great displays and variety.\nThe most important thing however is as it should be, down to the quality of the staff which in this case is first class,thanks and well done to all at Music Junkie. \n\n\n\n\n”
