“*** served me, and part exchanged some of my goods in credit which I put towards my new acoustic. He dealt with me professionally and fairly, and very quickly, but at the same time in a friendly manner. When I go to london's guitar shops down Denmark street, I feel intimidated, but didn't feel scared to have a test for as long as I wanted in the shop while he sorted some other customers and didn't pressure me at all. Please thank him for me!”

“The service was great. I spent hours trying guitars in the shop with no pressure to buy from staff. The guitar I wanted to try wasn't in stock and I was promised an email when they had a delivery... They emailed me and put a guitar "behind the bar" for me til I could visit. The in-shop advice was spot-on ... they even recommended a cheaper amp than the one I had in mind! A fantastic shop!”
