“Service was very good, the price was decent, the drop off service was effective, the speed was exceptional after I sent the parcel off. The only small issue I had was I originally ordered the pack from them and I took ages so I ended up getting to a printer to get it printed instead anyway.”

“VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company advitises SAME DAY TRANSFER from when they receive the parcel. THIS IS A LIE! musicMagpie DO NOT do same day transfers - The proof is right here! I had sent two items on the 6th March 2019 both of which got delivered to musicMagpie this morning at 8am. Managers refuse to take calls due to headset health & safety.. what a load of rubbish! This company after the experience I have just received would not be recommended to anybody as they lie and are deceitful.
