“Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I purchased a CD from Ebay, they sent me the CD with all its trimmings but it was a Christian CD, where I had bought various artists. They are now ignoring my messages via e-bay, although I have sent it back first class delivery. It has cost me over £8 and I have no product. Because I did not know you had to send it back recorded delivery to satisfy Ebay (Music Magpie know this), I cannot get E-bay into end the dispute, I am going to lose the money because Music Magpie, just ignore my twice daily messages. If you see there Feedback they have 7000 Negative Feedbacks and 7000 Neutrals. You get a problem with these jokers and you are going to be out of luck”

“This is the first time I have used Music Magpie and have to say it will be the last. I purchased a used iPhone 7 for my son's birthday. It arrived quickly and appeared in good condition. Unfortunately there was a problem with the phone, which would not charge (the charging cable was new and provided by Music Magpie). I returned the phone the following day and asked for a refund for this faulty device. Their customer service was terrible with them taking far too long to reply to emails. Phone calls also failed to speed the process and in the end I had to raise a formal complaint. The phone was returned on 5th Feb and it was only on 11th March that I received a refund. I decided to buy from Music Magpie as I believed them to be one of the larger more reputable companies. Unfortunately this has not been the case.”

“The best in the market to get better value of my iPad 4th generation that’s not been used for a while and just collecting dust in the house. MusicMagpie bought it for £95 when it was priced £85-£90 with other buyers. The process is very straightforward, you get your quote, print the label, post the gadget in protective packaging for free, within 2-3 days got the money. Very quick and easy.”

“For over 15 years I have used a high street phone retailer (convenience) and the infamous online auction site (more money, despite the hassles) to recycle my old mobile phones. This was the first time that I used an online recycling service. Having search around for the best price, I decided on Music Magpie, taking into account their existing great review levels. The entire process was flawless from start to finish. I did ask for the pack to be posted to my home address, for some reassuarance that I was doing it right. I sent my old phone back via secure, insured post (paid for my MusicMagpie) and had its arrival confirmed two days later. Within 24 hours, I received a further email to say that the order was processed and bank transfer was in progress. The same afternoon the exact amount was in my bank. Absolutely zero hassle and I got the best price possible for my device. I will not use a high street store or online auction site again. Fantastic!”

“A really useful service if you have lots of old books and dvds and you want to have a clear out. Very easy to send off your stuff with Hermes and quick pay outs too. Overall very impressed. I only took off one star as generally you seem to get less than £1 for most items. But still worth it if you have lots to sell. We sold two large boxes and made just short of £40. Otherwise it’s great!”

“Sold my phone to MusicMagpie and found the whole process super quick and easy. They made every step easy with the free printable postage and regular updates. I sent my phone via Royal Mail and within two days the phone had reached them and I had been paid. Super happy. (They also offered the best price for my phone over all other companies who do the same)”
