“I had a lot of books that I didn’t want anymore so I sold a box full on MusicMagpie. Sure, you don’t get a lot of money but if you’re trying to clear space then it’s perfect. A driver came to my door to pick up the box and I received payment on the next working day. It saved me the hassle of taking them to the charity shop AND I got a payment so win win.”

“Easy to find the phone online. Extremely good price offered. I used the Asda drop off option and it was incredibly easy as i didn't need to print anything, i just handed it to the colleague at the reception desk and she took care of it. Email updates along the way and then payment, as offered, a couple of days later. Bearing in mind the state of deliveries at the moment i was very impressed and will certainly use again.”

“3 parcels sent to them were 'lost' - one - a Macbook!!! - I was refunded for after several emails, but they refused to refund the others as I sent them in with another order, which I had proof of postage for. Basically someone there must have 'found' my lost CDs. They wouldn't look into it for me so I lost my CDs and money. Will never sell through them again. Better off selling yourself through ebay but I was desperate for money at the time”
