“Great service, quick and simple to use. Returns are straight forward and no printing of postage is required as the post office does it all for you! Funds are processed quickly withing 48hours of posting back.”

“I was quoted £95 for an iPad and was very happy until I received an email from MM saying that I had mislabelled the iPad and it was now worthless so they would recycle it. I asked for MM to send back and they have put it straight in the post. This could have been a bad review but on balance, MM seem fair and reasonable.”

“Music Magpie is such a quick and easy, and profitable way to clear out stuff I don’t want. The app makes it super simple to scan books and DVDs etc, and then all I had to do was pack them up and book a Hermes collection. A few days later the money was in my bank and they give good prices too! I’m now going round my house looking for more stuff to sell.”

“The scanning, packing and despatch of goods is very straightforward. However, Music Magpie pay pennies for what you are sending you; and sell on for considerably more. However, that said it is a convenient way of decluttering.”

“Really easy to download the MusicMagpic app, scan barcodes and see what my books and CDs were worth. It was also really easy to box up my stuff and then just show the QR code at the Post Office to send it off. MusicMagpie paid me really quickly too! Would definitely use again.”
