“Brilliant! I have used them in the past for selling books and CDs after a house move, but never thought about getting rid of my old mobiles. I was due for an upgrade on my iPhone, but my 8+ was still in pristine condition (I also still had my previous iPhone SE from about 5yrs ago) After checking online, Music Magpie was offering the best rate, so I cleared the data on my old handsets & posted everything off last Monday. I received £237.16 straight into my bank account today, so 8 days including Bank Holiday weekend! Would definitely recommend, and will use again, thank you”

“Very straightforward transaction. App and the scanning is very easy to use. Some reviewers say that you can't add to an existing order - you can but it's not immediately intuitive. Got paid very quickly, they don't pay the best prices for CDs/DVDs but then I can't be bothered with auction sites and at the end of the day they're paying me to declutter my home.”

“I was quoted £95 for an iPad and was very happy until I received an email from MM saying that I had mislabelled the iPad and it was now worthless so they would recycle it. I asked for MM to send back and they have put it straight in the post. This could have been a bad review but on balance, MM seem fair and reasonable.”
