“Decided to trade in my iPad and MacBook Pro to upgrade to a new iPad and keyboard. Historically I would sell things via eBay or Facebook but that meant bringing so fairly strange people to my door. Was a little hesitant but MusicMagpie offered the highest trade in and fastest service. Process was quick and I was paid within a day at a price that I thought was fair. Would highly recommend.”

“I returned my order on the 29th May, we are now on the 18th June and I have had no response and have not received my refund. I have messaged Music Magpie on 3 Separate occasions asking where my refund is and how long should this take, sadly no response...disappointed. Won’t be using them again.”

“Guys I would really avoid this service if selling a phone. They offer you a higher than average price but then pick tiny tiny faults & drastically reduce the price. I was quoted £340 and then sent in my perfectly functioning phone it’s says they allow wear and tear. They reduced my price to £90 for a tiny crack on the rear. However in the correspondence they said it was on the screen and that this was causing dead spots which is entirely untrue. The reviews on trust pilot don’t seem genuine either written by employees or friends of the company. They flag all the negative comments to get them removed and they only get reinstated once the reviewer provides all the email correspondence with the company which most people probably can’t be bothered too hence there are not many negative reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“Have purchased from music magpie before and always found them reliable , but only recently started selling with them. (big clear out due to lock down) sent a big box of cd's first, took a week from sending to money going into my bank. Then I sent my old xbox and again received money within a week.. Very reliable company to deal with and on both occasions paid what they quoted me... 5 stars”

“Using the AP so you can scan in the bar codes makes the task so easy even if you only have a few items. The collection by Hermes couriers was on time and again hassle free. The valuation of the goods was very fair and for a couple of hours one rainy morning we made £40.00.”
