“Really easy to use and scan in my items, then package up, print label and so on was great, payment was brilliant, came on the same day as when my items were received. Full payment was given and all my items were accepted with no rejections or pay,ent disputes. Constructive Feedback: I arranged for collection by Hermes but they failed to come on three times, however I understand that in the current climate that could be expected, however it does make me nervous to use them again in the further. I took my parcel in the end to a collection shop that had just reopened.”

“I got the price for my old i phone from Music Magpie which was more than I was offered by Apple on line. I downloaded the instructions and the QR code and sent it off to Music Magpie. Apart from the delays in Royal Mail caused by the pressure of Covid 19, my phone arrived was inspected and payment received within 24 hrs after arriving at Music Magpie.”
