“I actually sent my ipad to a competitor who offered a higher price - Don't be fooled! Upon receipt (which took 5 days), they offered me half what they initially said. I asked for my item back. MusicMagpie on the other hand, offered a sensible price, made posting my item really simple, processed it within a day and gave me the price that they quoted without any quibbles. Perfect.”

“Tried to pull a fast one on me and said 10% of items that I'd sent didn't arrive. Make sure you video record the boxing up and sealing of the box or they may try to rip you off too. Plenty of others have said the same on money supermarket forums.”
