“I've used Music Magpie twice now to sell phones and have been really pleased with their service. The prices quoted were double what Mazuma/Envirofone etc. were offering and I received the full amount really quickly. I also appreciated that their pre-paid postage was insured up to the value of my phone, which wasn't the case last time I used Mazuma and ate into my earnings. The only slight criticism I have is that when I sold the first phone I was able to have a courier come to my house and collect it. That wasn't an option when selling the second phone: I had to go to the post office and drop it in myself.”

“Using the MusicMagpie app was easy and simple when i downloaded the app. It was a case of scanning the barcode and hey presto the price came up! Items were then boxed and with free delivery they were sent. A quick and easy way of making a bit of money especially up to Christmas”

“Recently recycled my old iPhone 7 Plus with Music Magpie. Not only did they comfortably come up with the best offer, but the whole process was easy to set up, and payment was made the same day. “Decided to sell an iPhone with them, given a reasonable offer price. But once they received the phone they told me it counted as poor condition an dreduced the offer price by £50. I declined the offer and waited for the phone to come back. A waste of time and a ploy I believe they will employ many times to get away with paying a lower offer price for goods. Would not recommend to anyone selling.”

The screen of the device is covered in a number of scratches which goes beyond the light wear and tear expected of a good condition device. The device was regraded and a revised offer was made in accordance with our terms and conditions.
