“Using the MusicMagpie app was easy and simple when i downloaded the app. It was a case of scanning the barcode and hey presto the price came up! Items were then boxed and with free delivery they were sent. A quick and easy way of making a bit of money especially up to Christmas”

“Decided to sell an iPhone with them, given a reasonable offer price. But once they received the phone they told me it counted as poor condition an dreduced the offer price by £50. I declined the offer and waited for the phone to come back. A waste of time and a ploy I believe they will employ many times to get away with paying a lower offer price for goods. Would not recommend to anyone selling.”

The screen of the device is covered in a number of scratches which goes beyond the light wear and tear expected of a good condition device. The device was regraded and a revised offer was made in accordance with our terms and conditions. “Actually can’t believe how good the service was. Traded in my old iPhone, was given the free tracking label straight away, shipped off the phone the next day and had received my payment 2 days later. In an age where customer service is generally getting worse, I was genuinely shocked by how good the service was. Will 100% be using again in the future.”
